Prova — GLP-1 tracker.
Write to nikola@pareto-labs.com. A real person reads it — there is no ticket system and no bot.
It helps if you say which iPhone you have and which version of Prova you are on. You will find both in the app, under Settings. You can also write from inside the app: Settings → Contact us prepares the email for you, with the app version and your iPhone model filled in and no health data of any kind.
No, and nobody can — not even us. Prova has no account and no server, so no copy of your entries exists anywhere but on your iPhone. If you have iPhone backups turned on, your data is in your own backup and comes back when you restore the device. Keeping backups on is the only way to protect it.
Open the subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. If it still does not unlock, write to us with the date of purchase.
In your Apple Account settings, not in Prova — Apple handles all subscriptions. The app has a Manage subscription button that takes you straight there, and it is visible whether or not you are subscribed. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
None of your health data does. No account, no server. The only thing Prova sends is anonymous usage information — which screens and buttons get used — never a weight, a dose, a medication or a feeling. You can switch it off in Settings → Share anonymous usage data, and then the app stops making any network request at all. The detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Delete Prova from your iPhone and everything it holds goes with it, photos included. You can also erase everything from inside the app: Settings → Delete everything. There is nothing on our side to ask us to delete, because we hold no copy.
Yes. Settings → Export my data writes a CSV file of everything you have entered and hands it to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes next is your choice.
Check that permission is still granted: Health app → Sharing → Prova. Prova only ever reads body weight, and never writes anything into Health. You can withdraw the permission at any time and the rest of the app keeps working.
Yes. Press and hold the reminder. For a pill, Mark as taken records the same dose as last time without opening the app, after Face ID; Remind me in 1 hour brings the reminder back. For a shot, Log injection opens the entry with everything filled in except the site.
No. Prova is a record-keeping tool. It does not diagnose, treat or advise, and it never tells you what dose to take or when to change it. The estimated medication level is drawn from published half-life figures — an illustration of a general curve, not a measurement of your body. Talk to the person treating you.
